One of our playground design consultants will meet with you to survey the proposed site, discuss your needs, address considerations and options, and prepare a comprehensive brief for our in-house designers.
Our designers will then respond with a 2D and 3D design presentation. This will be accompanied by a detailed quotation.
Upon acceptance, we will prepare a project plan addressing all aspects of manufacture and installation. All on site work is governed by strict OH&S procedures. We maintain all necessary certifications, licenses and insurances including a $20m public liability policy.
Our project manager keeps you well informed of progress ensuring all details are attended to.
Once installation is complete we conduct a detailed inspection to confirm our quality standards have been met. A certificate of compliance will then be issued to you along with a maintenance and spare parts kit. This includes a schedule of ongoing maintenance requirements.
Importantly, we’re around for the life of your playground. We offer independent maintenance inspections and services to maximise the life of your playground system and ensure it is always compliant with applicable Australian Standards. We carry a comprehensive range of spare parts, so in the event that a replacement part is required, it is never far away.
