Service and support lie at the core of our business. When we supply a new playground equipment we stand behind it by providing an extensive warranty, and by providing back up service and support.

To ensure ongoing safety and compliance of your playground equipment with Australian Standards, regular inspections need to be performed and routine maintenance undertaken. We provide a maintenance schedule and kit with every play equipment system we supply. We carry spare parts for all systems we produce and offer a range of maintenance and repair programs.

We offer scheduled maintenance programs for your playground equipment that take the worry out of the ongoing compliance of your playground system. These programs offer a range of service levels and may incorporate detailed audits to routine maintenance and even incorporate shade inspections and repairs.
